On our customer portal, you can:

  • View swimmer’s enrolment details (class, day, time)
  • View swimmer’s current and completed skill sets
  • Update your account details
  • Report absences
  • Book make-up lessons
  • View and pay invoices
  • Please note that all absences and make-up classes MUST be
    reported and booked via the Customer Portal rather than the Customer Support Team.

Our Parents Portal enables parents to make changes to their enrollments on their own. We believe providing parents with the opportunity to view and edit their own enrollments, absences, and makeup lessons will improve their experience with us. However, we understand that new technology and systems can be challenging, so we have provided a ‘How-To’ below, which encompasses instruction on completing tasks that parents commonly do on our parent portal.
